Gynaecomastia, especially unilateral gynaecomastia. Question of unilateral and local constitutions: unilaterality, local predispositions, special 'soils', in regard to hormonic action.

Asymmetry or 'unilateralism' in 'general' or 'constitutional' disorders, whether congenital (hereditary, familial) or acquired (e.g. acquired owing to an 'artificial constitution' resulting from mechanical or toxic injury or disease in endocrine or other important organs of the body). Mammary hypertrophy of puberty (and young women). Mastopathies of various kinds in males and females.
