![C <S ] dolence have the Choice; Repletion, Corpu¬ lency, inflamed Eyes, red Faces, Gouts, Ver¬ tigoes, and Apoplexies, fooner fucceed; vary¬ ing thus, into bodily, or mental Diforders. Water therefore, as far as any thing can be Infallible, is the Foundation of Cure in all Diftempers, where Age has not too far fpent the Vital Principle: It is the propereft Men- firmm to diffolve the Food, to walh off tough vifcotis Slime, that frequently lines the glan¬ dular Coats of the Stomach, and leffer Inte- flines $ gets eafier into the Ladteals for dilut¬ ing the Blood, and refloring that Fluidity, and confequently Circulation, on which Health and long Life depend.
