Segment 1 A young boy with unilateral subluxation of cervical spine following removal of tontils and adenoids is shown moving his head very slowly. An x-ray of the neck area is shown. The patient is shown trying to look upwards, but his movement is restricted. The intertitles describe what treatment he received: 'manipulation under general anaesthesia', and how this treatment was successful. The second patient's history is given. This male fell backwards, striking the back of his neck and raising a bump. An x-ray is shown. The manipulation of the neck is shown, with the patient under general anaesthetic. The intertitles describe how this case did not achieve full reduction of the sublaxation, although the pain was slightly relieved. Time start: 00:00:00:00 Time end: 00:04:46:06 Length: 00:04:46:06
