A complete English translation, with all these engravings, could not bo published under from twenty to five-and- ’ -twenty pounds ; it is therefore proposed, by a slight abridgment and partial re-arrangenient of the matter, and a reduction of about one half the plates, to publish an English Version of the Work quarterly, in eig^Jt Numbers, at twenty-four shillings each.
