The Anatomical lectures ... delivered during the Summer of 1823. Taken down by Henry Pout. Facing fol. 253 are three water-colour drawings of Sir Astley Cooper's 'Dilator for lithotomy'. Produced in London.

Grainger had been dresser to Sir Astley Cooper, and opened an anatomical school at Southwark in 1819. [see the Dictionary of National Biography].
