    There are feveral of the Faculty, who, I readily acknowledge, have it more in their Power to give the Public Satisfaction on this Subject than I have; but their conftant EngagementY in the Unties of their Pro- feffion, will probably hinder thofe who are mojt equal to the Task, from executing it fo fpeedily as public Utility requires: Where¬ fore, as fome Information relative to it feems immediately wanted in feveral Places, the following, tho lefs perfect, will perhaps in the mean time be neither unaccepted\ nor wholly ufelefs.
