    fhall order, contracfl, or agree for all buildings and improvements, as well as for all neceffaries. That all drugs, medicines, materials, and neceffaries, be of the bell qualities and bought from Perfons who will furnifh them at the cheapefl rate. That no Tradefman, or officer, em- ployed or nominated by, and under the diredlion of a Weekly Board, be difmifled without order of that Board, or a fupe- rior Court; but every fervant hired by the Weekly Board may be fufpended until the next Weekly Board, by either of the Trea- furers. That every Tradefman ferving the Hof- pital, deliver in with all Goods, Bills of Parcels for the fame; and any Tradefman negledling to fend fuch bills, or their quar- terly accounts, when ordered, may be difcharged from ferving the Hofpital. That no Tradefman furnifh any Goods, 6cc. to this Hofpital without a written order figned by the refpedtive officer.
