About this work

Description

The Cooper Technical Bureau presents. This film, in a rather clumsy fashion describes the life-cycle of the maggot fly with footage of sheep farming, followed by footage of diseased cattle with maggots and then a dead rabbit infested by maggots. Timelapse footage of maggots crawling around the ground. Graphics describe its behaviour. There are laboratory shots; a female lab worker prepares meat (this section quite scratched). Control methods are shown (dipping and sheep showers).
