Notes

"The day after I got back from four months in London, I got a bad-news phone call that triggered my first episode of depression. Of course, I would come to idolize London, the last place I felt "normal", and ask a lot of questions about the strange timing of it all. That was in 2005, and I've dealt with depression ever since. This essay, which I wrote in 2013, is a bit of my story. It centers on some of my favorite topics: mental illness, love, and place."--From zinester's Etsy.
"Written in 2013 by Emily"--From zine.
"The covers are drawings and the inside is text and collage. All black and white aside from one hand-colored stripe on the cover."--From Page0Scott on Etsy.
