Mr. Bentinck in the name of the Marquis of Titchfield returns his sincere thanks to the freemen of Rochester, for the great encouragement he has hitherto met with in his canvas, and begs leave to solicit their early attendance in his behalf at the Town Hall, on Saturday next, the day of election.
