About this work

Napoleon's hair and forehead are made up of an eagle's body, his ear bears a military figure in a helmet holding a sword, another officer stands below his ear, a man appears to massage the shoulders of a woman across his cheek bone as she stands at a desk inscribed 'cassa', another man with spectacles peers out from behind the eagles wing on his temple as another military figure approaches with a sword, his eye forms a gun barrel beneath which two figures peer out. Beneath his nose to form his moustache is a sharp (printing?) utensil. His beard is in the form of a mermaid's hair beside whom is a boy holding a ball. His neck has a rope strung around it pulled by the goddess Athena (?). A train travels beneath
