Description

On the political alliance between Lords Chatham (who brandishes a crutch in the air), Rockingham, and Temple (the three men attacking the hydra) in opposition to the party then in power (the hydra) led by the Earl of Bute (who wears a Scottish bonnet), and supported by the Earl of Mansfield (above Bute, also with a Scottish bonnet over his legal wig and with a sharp beak and barbed tongue), and below the Duke of Grafton (with the black cravat), and Lord Holland (who has the head of a fox)
