About this work

Description

The buildings shown in this print are those of the original German Hospital. The Hospital was enlarged in 1865, 1876 and 1936. After a period of dereliction (ca. 1996), both the original hospital building and the modernist block (including the roof garden on top of the 1930s building) underwent partial restoration and were converted into flats (ca. 2000)
