False bound foot of a Chinese woman 44 years old, height 5 ft. Note normal arch and normal position of os calcis. Foot bound at marriage, age 17 years. Toes bound under foot giving cone shape, block of wood under heel gives practically the same gait in walking as displaced os calcis. From Dr E.P. Minett
