Maintenance at 20a Castlegate, early 20th century

The Retreat took out a lease of 20a Castlegate in 1919 and was used as accommodation for Retreat maids. With the creation of more space in the Retreat building after the opening of the larger Nurses Home, the tenancy of 20a Castlegate was given up on 31 December 1926. This File of papers deals with the maintenance of 20a Castlegate during the occupation of the Retreat.
