Lettering

Invented engraved & published October 26: 1736 by Wm. Hogarth pursuant to an act of Parliament. Price one Shilling. Further lettering within the print. The ceiling reads: "...et mon droit", the dozing woman's prayer book reads "of matrimony", the pages from which the clergyman reads are inscribed "Come unto me all ye yt labour and heavy laden & I will give you rest. Matt 11 28 ", the side of the pulprit reads " I am afraid of you, lest I have bestowed upon you labour in vain. Galats 4th 11
