' (a)—111 (lark purple, prismatic crystals, inodorous, with a sweet taste ; soluble in water. rpjjg,pg j (J)—A single, small crystal forms, with an ounce of water, a ricli purple solution, which, when mixed with a little Eectified Spirit and heated, becomes yellowish brown.
