Dr. SiBSON. Dr. Parkes. At the first meeting of the Committee Dr. Sibson was appointed Secretary. The following representative members afterwards con- sented to co-operate in carrying into effect the objects of the Committee:— Mr. Stanley, President of the Royal College of Sm-geons. Dr. Druitt, Representative of the Master of the Worshipful Society of Apothecaries. Sm John Liddell, Director-General of the Medical Depart- ment of the Navy. Dr. Logan, C.B., Director-General of the Medical Department of the Army. Sir J. Ranald Martin, C.B., Physician to the Secretary of State for India in Council. Dr. Farr, Representative of the Registrar-General. Mr. Simon, Medical Officer of Health, now the Medical Officer of the Privy Coimcil. Mr. Holmes, Secretary of the Hospitals Committee of the Epidemiological Society.
