The sixth in an eight-part series in which a pioneering team attempt to counter certain medical conditions by using food as medicine. The team include dietitian Lucy Jones, GP Gio Miletto and consultant surgeon Shaw Somers. Over three months they will attempt to treat a number of condtions without prescribing a single drug. This time they meet a 19-year-old fitness instructor who is food phobic, a woman going through the menopause and a 39-year-old with spinal problems.
