Description

Carved wooden statue of St Caradec, a French saint. The statue was purchased by the Wellcome Historical Medical Museum in 1927 and accessioned in 1938 (accession number R569/1938). It is not held by Wellcome Collection.

Wooden statue of St Languc. The statue was purchased by the Wellcome Historical Medical Museum in 1934 and accessioned in 1938 (accession number R581/1938). It is not held by Wellcome Collection.

Wooden statue of St Isidore the Labourer (c.1070-1130) patron saint of farmers and invoked against drought. The statue was purchased by the Wellcome Historical Medical Museum in 1929 and accessioned in 1938 (accession number R420/1938). It is not held by Wellcome Collection.
