Description

A drawing in the possession of the brothers Brunelli in Bologna, Giovanni Angelo Brunelli and Gabriele Brunelli. Giovanni Angelo (1722-1804) was an astronomer and geographer who helped to draw up the boundaries between the South American possessions of Portugal and Spain, and wrote three works on aspects of Brazil. Gabriele (Gabriello) (1728-1797) was professor of botany at the university of Bologna
