Notes

The Regimen sanitatis Salernitatum [sic] and accompanying commentary are often wrongly ascribed to Arnoldus de Villa Nova--cf. E. Wickersheimer in Comptes rendus du XIIIe Congrès international d'histoire de la médecine, 1954, pp. 226-34 (Aquilon 570). The Regimen contra morbum epidemiae announced in the title is perhaps the Regimen pestilentiam, Goff J5, with which it is sometimes found.
With: Joannes Jacobi. Regimen contra pestilentiam.
Copy 1. Bound with: Joannes Jacobi. Regimen contra epidimiam siue pestem. Ca. 1490. ; and, Quaestiones naturales philosophorum. Ca. 1500. Bound in 18th century marbled papers, calf spine and corners, spine in compartments with gold-tooled title Tractatu[s]. Bookplate on front pastedown: Ex libris Frank Payne.
