Description

Probably a magazine insert, bound into the magazine and cut out. Front shows a young boy with blond hair, blue eyes and rosy cheeks wearing a sailor's uniform, a large, white lifebuoy on his left shoulder. The reverse has the text surrounded by a decorative border incorporating ropes, lifebuoys and packs of the soap.
