    Ihmahx Jsglitm Commits of Visitors. NINETEENTH ANNUAL REPORT, TO THE COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH, FOR THE YEAR 1869. Presented to the Council February 8, and approved February 15, 1870. The Committee of Visitors, in their Nineteenth Annual Report on the state, government, and sanitary condition of the Asylum, have the satisfaction to record their approval of the management of the various departments thereof, the satisfactory state of the Buildings, and, at the present time, accommodation for the pauper lunatics of the Borough. The daily number of patients resident in the year was 612; the total number under treatment 810, the greatest number 631, and the lowest number 587.
