Is chiefly required for the treatment of defects found in schools when the parents have not been present. The School Nurse visits the home to advise the mother and to ensure that the child’s health will not be prejudiced through lack of seeking suitable advice and treatment. Children are often sent, or brought voluntarily, to the Clinic, and in nearly all tne cases attending the parents are anxious that treatment be continued as long as necessary.
