Gentlemen :—In obedience to the laws of the Common¬ wealth, I have the honor to submit to you the Thirty-Fifth Annual Report of the Institution over which you preside. For the operations and results of the year in detail you are respectfully referred to the following tabular statements, and such brief accompanying remarks as may be necessary to explain them.
