Description

Wax embedded section through the edge of a dermatofibroma. Dermatobibroma (also known as histiocytoma) is a benign skin lesion which develops when fibrous tissue in the dermis overgrows. This tissue section was stained with trichome (triple colour) stain. Width of image is 600 micrometres.
