Description

Advertising card for Dr. Mettaur's headache pills. Issued by the Brown Chemical Co. of Baltimore (probably in the 1880s) it shows a fluffy dog sitting on a chair next to a sleeping infant in a cradle, washing paraphernalia in the foreground (towel, bowl, pitcher), text on the back. The pills were supposed to cure headache, biliousness and constipation.
