<p>Leaflet delivered to all households in Britain in 1986/1987 (?) in a sealed envelope (EPH(WD305):2) to inform them about AIDS. The cover resembles a polished black marble slab, with "AIDS" chiseled out of it and "Don't die of ignorance" below in white capital letters. "Government information 1987" is below the 'slab' in black capitals. The Iceberg image was used in television and cinema adverts and possibly press advertisements but not here.</p>
