    The following table gives the annual Diarrhoea deaths since 1911, and the weekly means of the 4ft deep earth temperature, the figures in the column after the second give the number of weeks in each year during which this temperature exceeded the degree at the head of the column. The figures for the previous decades are given in the 1910, 1903 and previous reports. Influenza.—There was a mild outbreak towards the close of the first quarter, with some deaths from Pneumonia. During the rest of the year we were practically free from any except occasional cases.
