Several pre- parations of iron not before officinal have now become so, and I have considered it well to include in an Appendix, not only these, but the whole of the pharmacopceial iron compounds, commenting upon them only so far as has seemed necessary for the explanation of any novel features which they present. In the Appendix will also be found a Synoptical Table showing at a glance the composition and dose of each of the iron preparations.
