This is a recording of a debate for and against abortion, broadcast on Canadian radio in 1973. The host of the debate is unknown but the two speakers are Teresa Kennedy from the Montreal Pro-Life group and Susan Mahon a member of Birth Control and Abortion Council, Canadian Women's Coalition.

Broadcast on 23 August 1973. This material was collected by Mrs. E. Chowdharay-Best, daughter of Lady Rhys-Williams ( a former chairman of the National Birthday Trust Fund) and deposited with the Contemporary Medical Archives Centre (now Archives and Manuscripts, Wellcome Library) along with the National Birthday Trust Fund (SA/MBT) archives in 1993.
