53 ff. original pagination 1-65, 65-74, 73-76, 78-97, and unnumbered. 1 volume: 230 x 185 mm., Paper watermarked 1812. Marbled boards, backed in green leather. Contemporary papers covers (worn); front cover inscribed `Rev Geo A Skinner' [possibly the Revd George Alexander Skinner, 1838-1913). One of the loose recipes is addressed to a Mr Skinner.
