Physical description

Lettering

Sokhîtniônkhû (and his wife). Chief physician to the Pharaoh Sahuri of the fifth dynasty, "whose nostrils he made well." He wears the panther's skin, denoting a priest of high rank. Probably the earliest known regular physician in the world's history.
