![observed in 1934. As the River vStour provides Bonrneiiioutli with a lar^e pro])ortioii of the water used for drinking and domestic purposes it is ver}' desirable that contamination shall be reduced to a minimum. In Bonrnemonth it is believed that this has been achieved, but as there are possibilities of pollution in the upper reaches of the river, information lias been exchanged from time to time with neigh- bouring authorities. Certificate of Anaeysis, 31.-?/ July, 1934, Of a sample of water marked Bonrnemonth Gas and Water Co., Btd., received from the Medical Officer of Health, Bonrnemonth, on 2hth July, 1934, contained in a stoppered bottle.
