    Lady Superintendent) to visit and relieve the sick and needy at their dwellings, and to assist in teaching in the schools, and other works of charity in the neighbourhood; also (with leave from the proper authorities) to visit the sick at Hospitals as there may be opportunity. 4. Each Resident Sister will contribute to the funds of the Institution 501. per annum, or such other sum as the Council shall direct, to be paid three months in advance, and will receive board, lodging, washing, and medical assistance. 5. The Institution will not accept any property of a Sister, beyond what she may think proper to give from her annual income, so long as she continues a member of it. 6. Non-resident Sisters must be members and com¬ municants of the Church of England, but may live either at home with their families, or in some private house ap¬ proved by the Master. 7. Their duties will be similar to those of Resident Sisters. 8. They will be permitted to join the common table, upon moderate terms, to be arranged in each case, and no other payment will be required from them* 9. Any Non-resident Sister, or any person desirous of admission with a view to becoming a Sister, may be admitted by the Council, on the recommendation of the Master and Lady Superintendent, to occasional residence, as supplying the place of a Resident Sister during a vacancy or any occasional absence by leave from the Council; and the Non-resident Sister so admitted shall not be required to make any payment for any time in respect of which pay¬ ment shall have been made by the Sister whose place she occupies. For any time in respect of which no payment shall have been made, the residence may be allowed by the Council to be for one month oratis. O
