Copy 1. Supplier/Donor: Med. Soc. Lond. Lacking final leaf. Binding: 19th/20th century blue goatskin with blind tooling on upper and lower boards and gold tooling on spine. With occasional ms annotations. Inscription on verso of t.p. (erased) 'philippu[s] stubbes' 'pret iiii s'. Inscription upside down on f.xxxvi recto (partly erased) '[Phillippe Stubbes?] hys booke geven him of maister Charles curat off Rowlaye in the countie of Stafforde and coste firste iiii shillinges in'.
