Bndg: Bound in pamphlet volume Note: Little suffered from the variety of club-foot known as 'pes equinus'. He travelled to Berlin where he was successfully operated on by Georg Stromeyer. Little then studied under Stromeyer, graduating MD at Berlin. After his return to London he founded the Orthopaedic Institution - afterwards the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital
