Copy 1 Note: Pt.ii has separate t.p. Panzooryktologia [transliteration from the Greek]. Sive pammineralogicon, etc.', with blank leaf preceding and extra index leaf with stub of cancelled conjugate leaf inserted between p. 112 and 113. These 4 leaves were printed as part of Sig. Kk of pt. i and occur in their original position in a second copy. The cancelled leaf here present was not blank, as Madan says, but contained a title label and the direction 'Let the binder put this leafe [i.e. the attached index leaf] in the second part, betwixt pages 112 and 113'.
