Reg, I. — That two Ordinary Surgeons from the College of Surgeons, by rotation, according to seniority, shall be in attendance at the same time, having the charge of the opposite sides of the Surgical Wards, with¬ out interfering with each other ; and shall continue in attendance for six months.
