Description

Receipt book containing mostly cookery receipts, with some medical and a few household receipts. With additions by several hands. Pp. 83-132, 155/6, 169/70, 198/9, 202/3, 208-211 are wanting, and p. 173/4 is mutilated. Many leaves are stained. A receipt on p. 136 is dated 1809. There are many childish scribblings, the latest is dated 1818 (p. 147).
