About this work

Description

Postcard showing a man in uniform, with medals (Faustin Marneffe?) sitting on a tricycle with a large headlight. Probably just after the first world war. A woman, four children and two dogs stand around him, a house behind. He presumably lost the use of his legs during the war and this provides him with mobility.
