A catalogue of the genuine and entire collection of Greek and Roman medals and medalions, in gold, silver, and brass, of the learned Dr. Kennedy, deceas'd Which (by Order of the Executors) Will be sold by auction, By Mr. Prestage, At his Great Room the End of Savile-Row, next Conduit-Street, Hanover-Square, On Thursday and Friday, the 8th and 9th of May, 1760. The said Collection may be viewed on Tuesday and Wednesday the 6th and 7th, and to the Time of Sale, which will begin each Day exactly at Twelve O'Clock. Catalogues may be had at Mr. Prestage's aforesaid. N. B. Amongst this Collection there is the Twelve Cesars in Gold, in fine Preservation, and a Collection of 256 Medals of the Emperor Carausius, nine of them are fine Silver and extreme rare, and also eighty-nine Medals of the Emperor Alectus in Brass, all of different Reverses and Types, and many of them extreme rare. Conditions of Sale as usual.
