Four persons were discharged from Order, having developed and improved with institutional training to such a degree that they could be allowed to move about in their own social sphere without supervision of any kind. lyistitutional Accommodation.—The classification of defectives in certified institutions or colonics who are chargeable to the County Council is shown in Table 11. Leave of absence on licence from institutions for varying periods was granted to 10 defectiv*s, 3 to their own homes and 7 to places of employment. Fourteen male and 20 female defectives were on licence at the enrl of the year.
