    ( *35 ) among us during the laft Plague. I have had occafion already to ob- lerve, that the Plague was in Poole: It was carried to that Place by Tome Goods contained in a Pedlar's Pack. The Plague was likewife at Eham in the Peak of Derbyfhtre, being brought thither by means of a Box lent from London to a Taylor in that Village, containing lome Ma¬ terials relating to his Trade. There being leveral Incidents in this latter Inftance, that will not only lerve to eftablifh in particular the Pre¬ cepts I have been giving, in rela¬ tion to Goods, but likewife all the reft of the Directions, that have been let down, for flopping the Pro- grels of the Plague from one Town to another; I Ihall finilh this Chap¬ ter with a particular Relation of what palfed in that Place.
