Possibly supposed to be in Alexandria. A colonnade, in the form of a hemisphere divided at the centre by a street, resembling the colonnade designed by Bernini for St Peter's Square in Rome. Right foreground, an obelisk on a plinth. Figures in ancient costume admire the buildings
