Includes series of leaflets advertising Aludrox, (dyspepsia, hyperacidity, peptic ulcer) on the themes of: 'natural defence' (animals with armour), William Hogarth's 'The rake's progress' (ending in Bedlam), 'Ulcer lives of the great' (Charles Darwin, Napoleon, Jean D'Arcet, Thomas Carlyle, Thomas Henry Huxley), The Physician (no. 2 in 'Ulcer occupations' : the College of Physicians' large hall, 1808), the dog (comparative peptic ulcer pathology), carp (3 sided desk calendar on theme of british fish), Aludrox SA (antacid, sedative, antispasmodic) August 1965 3 sided desk calendar (traction engines), 19th century soldiers and cavalry, medicinal plants (dill, laurel, sage, thyme, poppy, peppermint, belladonna) and butterflies.
