About this work

Description

The inside of this tent, which has been emptied, is being sprayed with residual insecticide in a refugee camp in an area endemic for cutaneous leishmaniasis near Kabul, central Afghanistan. Ideally, spraymen should wear glasses to protect eyes and a mask to prevent inhalation of the insecticide. See also image W0046185.
