Auricles II

File contains a notebook and on the spine of the notebook are the words, "Auricles 50-52". The notebook is used in both directions (front to back, and then back to front). The first half of the notebook (front to back) appears to continue on from the notebook in PP/JRV/B/1/9 with tests on guinea pigs beginning 12 June 1950. The notebook contains mainly tables of data with some written commentary and a small number of diagrams. The last experiment is dated 27 July 1950.

The second half of the notebook (back to front) includes a typed sheet with the title, "The effect of C Put in Near A" and a manuscript sheet titled, "Increase of S+A - Decrease R.P". Then the notebook is used to record experiment results again beginning 31 March 1953 (despite the dates on the notebook spine) with a test on isolated guinea pig auricles. The last experiment results are dated 27 May 1953.
