<p>Frank Rowntree discusses the driving habits of women. He mentions that there is evidence that driving during their periods affects women's moods and therefore their judgement. He comments that women can be much more accident prone during menstruation. He also mentions that statistics indicate that women can also be more liable to commit petty crime at this time. Rowntree extracts a few anecdotes from a survey where a woman has reported bursting into tears at traffic lights and another, who always jumps amber lights. He tells women to be aware that alcohol can have a greater effect too. He tells men to be more sympathetic and think themselves lucky that they do not have this cyclic phenomenon.</p>
